THIS DISCONNECT HAS A THREE HOLE STEERING WHEEL MOUNTING PATTERN. NOT A 6 HOLE. YES THE PICTURE SHOWS 6 HOLES. IT IS TWO DIFFERENT THREE HOLE PATTERNS. A LARGE DIAMETER & A SMALL DIAMETER TO FIT EITHER A 3 HOLE STEERING WHEEL OR A 3 TO 5 HOLE ADAPTER.
