Our Pro-One / iTi doors for use on a Polaris RZR-4 Crew are made for us by the same fabricator who made them originally for Pro-One and iTi.
Adding doors to your UTV will greatly increase user safety, providing vehicle side protection and help to ensure arms and legs stay inside the vehicle. These full height swing doors open in the traditional fashion using a patented tapered hinge system. The doors frames are fabricated from mild steel tubing and then welded together to ensure a super strong door frame that will last for years to come. The door frames are then fitted with trick looking aluminum door skins panels and feature our exclusive CNC Billet Aluminum Door Handle and unique latching mechanism. These doors will open a full 170 degrees for easy access in and out of you UTV, making them ideal for the "large driver"! Easy installation, which can be accomplished using basic hand tools and a drill. You will not be disappointed when you bolt on a set of these doors and your friends will want a set for there ride as well!!
Tubular steel frames are finished in durable satin black powder coat finish. Door skins are made from heavy gauge unfinished aluminum sheets and can easily be painted, power coated, clear coated or covered with your favorite graphic design. Door skins are shipped unfinished bare aluminum and are easily removable via dzus fasteners. All necessary hardware included.
